By downloading or using Expivo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Expivo is a personal expense organizer for iOS that lets users photograph and store receipts, import bank/credit card CSV statements, categorize and analyze expenses, and optionally back up data to Google Drive.
You must sign in with a Google account to use Expivo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 4 years of age to use the app (parental supervision recommended for minors).
Expivo offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Features available on each plan are described within the app. Subscription billing is handled by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Refund requests are handled by Apple Support.
You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its services; upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; use the app to store data belonging to others without their consent.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Expivo. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
Expivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of expense categorization or analytics, or compatibility with all devices or iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.
