Expivo is operated by a sole individual developer based in Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information you provide: Google account information (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in with Google; receipt data you upload (photos, amounts, vendor names, categories, dates); CSV transaction files you import; workspace names and settings.
Collected automatically: App usage analytics (screens viewed, features used, crash reports) via Firebase Analytics; authentication tokens via Firebase Authentication.
To provide and improve core features (receipt storage, expense tracking, analytics); to sync your data via Google Drive if you enable backup; to authenticate you via Google Sign-In; to understand how the app is used so we can improve it.

Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore on Google Cloud infrastructure. Receipt images backed up to Google Drive are stored in your own Drive account — we never store your images on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above (required to operate the app) or if required by Canadian law.
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at support@getexpivo.com.

Expivo is rated 4+ on the App Store. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental supervision.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
